1.1. This document governs the use of Permission Manager for Jira | Pro ("the App") made available on the Atlassian Marketplace by WiQU LTD ("the Company").
1.2. By accessing or using the App, the user ("You") agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. License to Use
2.1. The Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App, subject to the terms outlined in this document.
3. Restrictions
3.1. You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
3.2. You shall not sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the App.
3.3. Any unauthorised use of the App will lead to the termination of this license.
4. User Obligations
4.1. You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only.
4.2. You are responsible for any data or content you upload, share, or otherwise distribute through the App.
5. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the extent permitted by law, WiQU LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
10.1. WiQU LTD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review and stay informed about any changes.
