1.1. This document governs the use of "Permission Manager for Jira" ("the App") made available on the Atlassian Marketplace by WiQU LTD ("the Company").

1.2. By accessing or using the App, the user ("You") agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.1. The Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App, subject to the terms outlined in this document.

3.1. You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

3.2. You shall not sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the App.

3.3. Any unauthorized use of the App will lead to the termination of this license.

4.1. You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only.

4.2. You are responsible for any data or content you upload, share, or otherwise distribute through the App.

5.1. WiQU LTD respects the privacy of its users. Our Privacy Policy, which adheres to GDPR, outlines the data we collect, how and why we process it, how long we retain it, your rights concerning your data, and our lawful bases for processing.

5.2. You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact support@wiqu.io.

5.3. If you believe your rights under GDPR have been infringed upon, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for any user found to be in violation of these terms.

7.1. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

8.1. To the extent permitted by law, WiQU LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

10.1. WiQU LTD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review and stay informed about any changes.
