2. Basic Usage of the Sprint Orchestrator Plugin

  • Primary Audience: Agile teams using Jira Cloud, ranging from small startups to large enterprises, looking to streamline their sprint ceremonies.

  • Secondary Audience: Agile coaches and Scrum Masters who facilitate team engagement and efficiency during these ceremonies.

2.1 Main Page

  • How to Start: This is where everything begins. Use this page to initiate the orchestration process for your open sprints.

  • Overview and Reports: Here you can see a quick summary with previous reports. By clicking on a specific user, you can view the details of that user or multiple users.

2.2 Initialisation of workshop

Setting Up the Agenda: When starting the process, this screen will show a quick agenda and timeline for the current sprint.

 

2.3 Closure

Closing Tasks: This section allows you to close open tasks, split tasks among team members, and assign tasks either one by one or randomly.

2.4 Performance

Viewing Team Performance: This screen should display a quick podium of the three key users, with other team members listed below. Adjustments can be made based on stories or the number of issues.

 

2.5 Retrospective

Conducting Retrospectives: This is a safe space where the development team, along with the Scrum Master and stakeholders, can discuss how the sprint went. Details are kept anonymous to reduce pressure on participants.

2.6 Planning

Sprint Planning: This section allows the Scrum Master (SM) to quickly plan elements from the backlog or other future sprints into the new sprint.
